本文从社会形势和高等职业院校的内在和外在两个因素,提出了面向政校行企的高职继续教育“431”模式的背景和原因,阐述了面向4个维度开发办学项目、完善3项机制、强化办学管理和搭建1个平台保障办学服务3个层面的“431”模式构建与实践,分析了“431”模式的主要特点,介绍了“431”模式的办学成效。
