3月5日上午,第十一届全国人民代表大会第一次会议在北京人民大会堂隆重开幕。温家宝总理代表国务院向大会作政府工作报告。温家宝总理在报告中充分肯定了过去5年交通建设所取得的成绩,对今年的交通发展提出一系列要求。
On the morning of March 5, the first session of the Eleventh National People’s Congress was grandly opened in Beijing’s Great Hall of People. Premier Wen Jiabao delivered a government work report to the General Assembly on behalf of the State Council. In his report, Premier Wen Jiabao fully affirmed the achievements made in traffic construction in the past five years and put forward a series of requirements for this year’s traffic development.
