今年安全月的主题为:强化安全发展观念,提升全民安全素质,安全素质被提到一个重要的高度。对企业而言,安全问题可以归结为员工安全素质高低的问题,应从安全意识、安全知识和安全技能方面促进员工安全素质的提升。为此,无论是普通员工,还是班组长、安全员,都要从各自的角度和方式努力提升自己的安全素质。而在企业层面,也要着力为养成员工良好的安全习惯创造条件,通过营造浓郁的安全氛围,促进全员安全素质提升。
The theme of this year’s Safe Moon is: to strengthen the concept of safe development, enhance the quality of safety of the entire people, and the safety quality has been mentioned to an important height. For enterprises, safety issues can be attributed to the level of employees’ safety, and safety awareness, safety knowledge, and safety skills should be promoted.
