Rectal endometriosis clinical is rare, and because of difficult diagnosis, easily misdiagnosed. Ewing disease symptoms and signs resembles rectal cancer, it is easy to rectal misdiagnosis of endometriosis as rectal cancer. Our hospital in April 1981 had admitted to a case, the report is as follows. Patient, female, 42 years old, married. Case number 3419. Due to constipation, diarrhea, pus and blood will be accompanied by left lower quadrant pain more than 5 months, on April 30, 1981 admission.
