依据高速公路施工成本费用的特性,把施工成本分为内部成本和外部成本,文章针对高速公路成本的现存问题,提出了可行性的解决对策。有利于高速公路施工单位创收效益并保证高速公路的质量和工程进度。
According to the characteristics of highway construction cost, the construction cost is divided into the internal cost and the external cost. The article puts forward the feasible solutions to the existing problems of expressway cost. Benefit to the highway construction unit income-generating efficiency and ensure the quality of the highway and the progress of the project.
