公立医院资产与企业资产均是国有资产的重要组成部分,但一直以来人们在进行国有资产管理过程中大多只是重视企业资产管理,而严重忽视公立医院等这些非经营类组织的管理。为了分析新医改背景下公立医院国有资产的管理情况,本文就如何加强公立医院国有资产管理进行深入探讨,旨在提出有效加强管理的方法,从而更好的指导实践,提高实践管理水平。
Public hospital assets and enterprise assets are all important components of state-owned assets. However, most people have been focusing on the management of enterprise assets for a long time and have neglected the management of public hospitals and other non-operating organizations. In order to analyze the management of state-owned assets in public hospitals in the context of new medical reform, this paper discusses how to strengthen the management of state-owned assets in public hospitals in order to put forward effective ways to strengthen management so as to better guide practice and improve practice management.
