胡锦涛同志在党的十七大报告中指出,以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,必须坚持以人为本,做到发展为了人民、发展依靠人民、发展成果由人民共享。企业是社会经济的细胞,企业的发展离不开社会,积极回报社会,履行好社会责任,让人民共享企业发展的成果,是企业不可推卸的义务,也是我们贯彻落实十七大精神的必然要求。
