前一讲谈了目前常用的光探测器的工作原理、工作波长下的响应度和频率特性等基本电性能。这一讲以图像传感器为主要对象,这种图像传感器具有把光的二维图像转换成电信号的特性。以往的所谓图像传感器(或摄像器件)大多是指电视机上用的显像管。事实上,由于十年来技术上的积累,在技术上,显像管的性能渐臻完美,以从黑白电视图像到彩色图像这一进步为基础,高性能摄像管的发展已成为现代显像电视技术的支柱.
The previous talk about the current commonly used photodetector working principle, the working wavelength of the responsivity and frequency characteristics of basic electrical properties. This talk focuses on image sensors, which have the characteristic of converting two-dimensional images of light into electrical signals. The so-called image sensors (or imaging devices) in the past mostly refer to picture tubes used in television sets. In fact, due to the technological accumulation over the past decade, the performance of the picture tube has become technically perfect. Based on the progress from black-and-white television images to color images, the development of high-performance camera tubes has become a modern technology of video televisions pillar.
