随着经济体制改革的深化,股票市场也在我国建立和发展起来。短短几年,股票市场取得了令人瞩目的成就。在我国经济体制转轨的时期,企业发行股票融资不仅解决了企业发展资金问题,而且为促进企业进行股份制改造、建立现代企业制度发挥了积极作用。但由于我国股市稚小、脆弱,市场承受力有限,仍处徘徊状况,尚不理性、规范,我国股市仍存在不少问题。 目前对股票市场的观点是:通过股票的发行市场招股集资可以迅速筹集到进行大规模经营所需要的资金,并可以克服向银行贷款和发行企业债券利息高、时间短、要到期还本付息的局限性。在股票的流通市场上通过股票交易和股份变动,对公司经营作出评价和进行监督以及实现资本的优化重组,股票市场是灵敏的信息处理机,股票价格包含着多种信息,能灵敏地反映企业的收益率变化。因而从企业方面看,经营好的企业能够很 With the deepening of economic reform, the stock market is also established and developed in our country.
