评价一所学校的质量,固然要看校舍、仪器设备,但最重要的是看师资的总体水平。重点校和非重点校,由于历史上的原因,设施上存在较大的差别,但师资上的差别更大。当一些地方取消了初中重点校以后,师资上的差别没有消除。当学生无法凭成绩选择学校的时候,就出现了家长选择“重点班”的现象。我觉得,与其简单地说“重点班”好与坏,不如下大力气提高教师水平。现在不是已经出现了师资比例缩小的情况了吗?教师转岗分流是迟早的事。那么就该把压力变动力,提高教师水平。
