辽宁省有关部门日前下发文件,规定:企业中原有的国家干部人员不再使用“国家干部”称谓,也不再套用国家行政级别。企业将根据生产经营需要对他们进行聘任,或聘为管理人员,或聘为技术人员,受聘者享受与所聘岗位、职务相应的待遇,落聘者将安排当工人,享受工人待遇。同时,过去的普通工人也可以应聘走上管理、技术岗位,享受与新岗位相应的待遇。
