各单位之间的竞争就是人才的竞争,而人才流失给单位的稳定发展带来了沉重的压力,采取有效的措施留住人才已经成为了较多单位领导关注的重要问题。由于造成人才流失的原因较多,有外部环境的诱惑,还有内部环境的影响。如果一个单位想得到稳定、长期的发展,必须有大量优秀人才的支撑。因此,单位能够留住人才,可以为单位的发展创造有利的条件。本文将对单位留住人才的措施以及方法进行深入的分析和探讨,以此提高单位整体的竞争力。
The competition among various units is the competition of talents, and the loss of talents brings heavy pressure on the stable development of the unit. Taking effective measures to retain talents has become an important issue that leaders of more units pay more attention to. Due to the causes of brain drain, there is the temptation of the external environment, as well as the internal environment. If a unit wants stable and long-term development, it must have the support of a large number of outstanding talents. Therefore, units can retain their talents and create favorable conditions for the development of their units.
