MPEG—2音频标准 MPEG—2音频标准是在MPEG—1音频基础上为HDTV(高清晰电视)和高质量数字音频广播用而增加了必要的功能,并对MPEG—1音频作了两点扩展。 (1)MC/ML(Multi channel/multi lingual——多通道/多语言):增加了5.1通道(声道)的多通道(声道)功能可达到7个通道的多语言功能,在立体声L(左)、R(右)声道的基础上,增加了C(中置)声道,左环绕声(LS)、右环绕声(RS)和重低音(LFE)声道。MPEG—2音频5.1声道编、解码框图如图11所示。

(1) MC / ML (Multi channel / multi lingual): Added multi-channel (channel) function of 5.1 channels (channels) Multi-language function of up to 7 channels, (Left) and right (R) channels, the C (center) channel, the left surround (LS), the right surround (RS) and the bass (LFE) channels are added.
