为了解汉中市实施食盐加碘(USI)干预措施后居民食用碘盐状况及8~10岁儿童碘营养状况和智力水平。根据全国和陕西省监测方案,于2001—2010年采用抽样调查方法采集居民食用盐样,用GB/T13025.7—1999《制盐工业通用试验方法》直接滴定法检测含碘量;用触诊法或B超法检查8~10岁儿童甲肿率;用砷铈催化分光光度法检测8~10岁儿童尿碘;用《中国联合瑞文测验》进行8~10岁儿童智商(IQ)测定.结果显示,汉中市居民碘盐覆盖率持续稳定在99%以上,碘盐合格率及合格碘盐食用率稳定在95%以上,非碘盐检出率处于0.5%以下的较低水平;8~10岁儿童甲肿率达到国家碘缺乏病(IDD)消除标准;尿碘中位数及尿碘水平偏高者(≥300μg/L)比例有逐渐升高趋势,碘营养不足(<100μg/L)和尿碘水平基本适宜(100~299μg/L)者比例逐渐下降;8~10岁儿童智力达到中等水平。提示汉中市居民食用碘盐覆盖率和碘盐质量稳定可靠,儿童碘营养状况已得到有效改善。
In order to understand the status of iodized salt and iodine nutrition status and mental status of children aged 8 ~ 10 years after the implementation of the USI intervention in Hanzhong city. According to the monitoring plan of the whole country and Shaanxi Province, the sample of residents’ salt samples were collected by sample survey from 2001 to 2010, and the iodine content was measured by the direct titration method of GB / T13025.7-1999 “Salt Industry General Test Method” Urine iodine in children aged 8 to 10 was detected by arsenic and cerium catalytic spectrophotometry. The IQ of children aged 8 to 10 was measured by “China United Raven” test. The results showed that the coverage rate of iodine salt in Hanzhong City was stable at over 99%, the pass rate of iodized salt and the qualified iodized salt were stable at above 95%, and the detection rate of non-iodized salt was at a low level below 0.5%. The children with ~ 10 years of age had attained the standard of eliminating iodine deficiency disease (IDD). The median of urinary iodine and the high level of urinary iodine (≥300μg / L) had a gradually increasing trend, and iodine deficiency (<100μg / L) and urinary iodine basically appropriate (100 ~ 299μg / L) were gradually decreased; children aged 8 to 10 reached a moderate level of intelligence. Prompt Hanzhong residents eat iodized salt coverage and quality of iodized salt is stable and reliable, children’s iodine nutrition has been effectively improved.
