为研究染锰大鼠睾丸生精细胞乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)活力的变化,将48只健康清洁级雄性SD大鼠按体重随机分为3组,分别为对照(生理盐水)组和15、30mg/kg锰染毒组,每组16只。采用腹腔注射方式进行染毒,MnCl2溶液染毒容量为5ml/kg,每天1次,每周5d。分别于染毒第4、6周,称重后处死,迅速分离睾丸和附睾,称量睾丸重量,并计算脏器系数;测定精子数量和睾丸组织中LDH活力。结果显示,随着锰染毒剂量的升高,大鼠睾丸系数均呈现上升后下降的趋势。随着锰染毒剂量的升高和染毒时间的延长,大鼠睾丸组织中LDH活力和精子数量均呈下降趋势。表明过量锰可抑制LDH的活力,导致精子数量减少。
In order to study the changes of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity in testis of manganese-exposed rats, 48 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups according to body weight: control (saline) group And 15, 30mg / kg manganese exposure group, 16 rats in each group. This indicates that excessive manganese inhibits the viability of LDH, resulting in a reduction in the number of sperm.
