自1992年至1994年9月共处理眼前段栗刺异物115例均未引起严重并发症.报告如下:一般资料:115例中,男97例占84%,女18例占16%,年龄8～65岁,平均36岁.双眼伤23例占20%,单眼伤92例占80%.角膜刺伤115例.其中角巩膜23例,刺入前房54例,外伤性白内障11例,虹膜腱状体炎18例,眼球摘除2例.处理结果:滴1%地卡因2次,或局麻后,在裂隙灯及放大镜下用尖刀片或7号针头挑拨取出异物.其中有2例来我院诊治时已发现有化脓性眼内炎,最后被迫摘除眼球.余均治愈.但所有病例均不同程度遗留点状薄翳.
