观察分析了用α2─巨球蛋白（α2M）滴眼剂治疗家兔绿脓杆菌性角膜溃疡过程中角膜组织病理学改变。将绿脓杆菌接种于家兔角膜实质层内，建立绿脓杆菌性角膜溃疡模型后以α2M滴眼剂治疗。结果发现：用药后第1、3、5天，对照组角膜上皮层脱落，基质内充满炎细胞，基质纤维排列紊乱部分断裂溶解，部分坏死组织脱落形成溃疡面；α2M治疗组上述改变明显轻于对照组。表明：α2M滴眼剂对绿脓杆菌性角膜溃疡炎症反应和溃疡的形成有明显的抑制作用。
Corneal histopathological changes during treatment of P. aeruginosa corneal ulcer with α2-macroglobulin (α2M) eye drops were observed and analyzed. Pseudomonas aeruginosa inoculated in rabbit corneal parenchyma, the establishment of pseudomonas aeruginosa ulcer model with α2M eye drops treatment. The results showed that on the 1st, 3rd and 5th day after treatment, the corneal epithelial layer of the control group was exfoliated, the stroma was filled with inflammatory cells, the disorganized part of the matrix fiber was disrupted and dissolved, and some necrotic tissues were shedding to form the ulcer surface; Control group. The results showed that: α2M eye drops on Pseudomonas aeruginosa corneal ulcer inflammation and ulcer formation was significantly inhibited.
