本文采用世代平均分析的多元回归法对中国高粱地方品种的茎粗进行了研究。结果表明:不同杂交组合F1代茎粗表现不同,但均为正向优势,倾向于高值亲本,茎粗的加性效应是主要的,平均占总遗传变异的33.2%,上位效应比显性效应更加重要,但显性效应在某些组合起一定作用。3个组合基因效应结果表现不同,但加性效应值及显性效应值为正值,可能是杂种F1代茎粗正向优势的原因所在。
In this paper, the average of multiple generations of multiple regression analysis of sorghum varieties of local stem diameter were studied.
