1995年10月6日～9日,黄河水利委员会沙棘办公室在内蒙古东胜市召开了第二次黄河流域沙棘示范区建设工作会议.参加会议的有黄河上中游各省(自治区)水土保持局负责人和各示范县(区)负责人共70余人.有关科研教学单位的专家教授和一些新闻单位的代表也参加了会议.黄河上中游管理局副局长兼黄河水利委员会沙棘办公室主任于倬德同志作工作报告.他在着重总结1995年示范区建设工作经验的基础上,提出了1996年示范区建设工作的总体奋斗目标,详细布置了新一年示范区建设工作的具体任务.水利部沙棘协调办公室副主任孙振华同志就我国沙棘发展战略问题发表了讲话.黄河水利委员会也派员指导了这次示范区工作会议.与会代表认真讨论了于倬德同志的报告,参观了伊克昭盟的示范区
From Sept. 6 to Dec. 9, 1995, the Seabuckthorn Office of the Yellow River Conservancy Commission held a second conference on the construction of seabuckthorn demonstration areas in the Yellow River Basin in Dongsheng, Inner Mongolia. The meeting was attended by heads of the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau of the upper and middle Yellow River provinces (autonomous regions) And a total of more than 70 persons in charge of demonstration counties (districts), experts and professors for scientific research and teaching units and representatives of some media organizations attended the meeting. Comrade Yu Dede, Deputy Director General of the Upper and Middle Yellow River Management Bureau and Director of the Seabuckthorn Office of the Yellow River Conservancy Commission Working report.He put forward the overall goal of construction of demonstration area in 1996 on the basis of summarizing the construction work experience of 1995 demonstration area and laid out the specific tasks for the construction of demonstration area in the new year in detail.Heart and Sea Buckthorn Coordination Office of the Ministry of Water Resources Deputy Director Sun Zhenhua made a speech on the development strategy of seabuckthorn in our country and the Yellow River Conservancy Commission also dispatched members to guide the working conference of this demonstration area.The participating representatives seriously discussed the report of Comrade Yu Dede and visited the demonstration area of Yiq Zhao League
