本文对366例遗传咨询门诊病人进行分析,发现世界首报核型3例,国内首报核型1例。这些发现为研究染色体病提供了新的资料。本文还分析了各种咨询原因可能对生育的影响,阐明了开展遗传咨询对指导婚姻和少生优育的重要意义。
In this paper, 366 cases of genetic counseling outpatients were analyzed and found that the world’s first reported in 3 cases of karyotype, the domestic first reported karyotype in 1 case. These findings provide new information for the study of chromosome disease. This article also analyzes the possible impact of various counseling on childbearing and clarifies the significance of genetic counseling in guiding marriage and adolescent birth.
