以6个灰斑病抗性不同的玉米自交系为亲本,按Griffing双列杂交试验设计方法Ⅱ组配15个杂交组合,对叶片病斑覆盖度进行配合力分析,并估算遗传参数。结果表明,6个自交系一般配合力(GCA)效应差别较大,齐319表现高抗;其次是鲁9801、B84和8112;9046和掖478表现感病。结合杂交组合实际表现与特殊配合力效应进行分析,齐319所组配的各组合抗性表现均较好;掖478与8112、9046、B84组配的各组合抗性差;由9046所组配的组合特殊配合力效应好。进一步对遗传参数的分析表明,该性状广义遗传力为64.49%,性状的遗传以加性效应为主,同时存在一定的非加性效应,性状表现受环境影响较大。
Six maize inbred lines with different resistances against Cercospora sojae were used as parents to analyze the combining ability of leaf blight coverage according to Griffing Double - Line Hybridization Design Method Ⅱ with 15 hybrid combinations and the genetic parameters were estimated. The results showed that the GCA effects of the six inbred lines differed greatly, Qi 319 showed high resistance, followed by Lu 9801, B84 and 8112, 9046 and Ye 478. Combining with the actual performance of hybrid combination and the analysis of special combining ability effect, the resistance performance of each combination formulated by Qi 319 was better; the combination of Y 477 and 8112, 9046 and B 84 had poor resistance; Good combination of special effects. Further analysis of genetic parameters showed that the general heritability of the trait was 64.49%. The inheritance of traits was mainly additive effect, while there was some non-additive effect. The traits of traits were greatly influenced by the environment.
