当前种子园中栽培、繁殖的优树,都是以它的表现型为标准进行选择的,叫做表型选择。林木之间表现型上的差别是其遗传品质与生长环境共同作用的结果。表现型好的林木,其遗传品质不一定总是好的;不过,在表现型好的林木中,选到遗传品质好的可能性大些,机会多些。但要想比较确切的了解优树的遗传品质,对它作出正确的评价,通过无性系进行遗传上的鉴定,可以予测它们的遗传增益和选择效率,为提高种子园的质量提供依据。为此目的,我们于1979年对兴城县南关林场的油松种子园中25个无性系,进行径、高性状调查及评价方法的初步探讨。现将结果汇报如下。
The current seed garden cultivation, reproduction of the tree, are based on its phenotype as the standard choice, called phenotype selection. The phenotypic differences between trees are the result of their combined effect on genetic quality and growth environment. Good quality forest trees, the genetic quality may not always be good; However, in the good performance of trees, choose a good genetic quality is more likely to have more opportunities. However, if we want to know more about the genetic quality of the elite tree, make a correct evaluation of it, and make a genetic identification through clones, we can estimate their genetic gain and selection efficiency and provide the basis for improving the quality of the seed orchard. To this end, we conducted a preliminary survey of the clonal and high-trait surveys and evaluation methods of 25 clones in the Pinus tabulaeformis seed orchard in Nan Guan Forestry Center, Xingcheng County, in 1979. Now report the results as follows.
