本刊讯3月28日至30日,中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理刘延东在自治区党委书记、自治区人大常委会主任彭清华等人的陪同下,先后到桂林市、来宾市、南宁市三地调研教育、文化、医疗卫生事业发展情况。在桂林市临桂县城第二小学、来宾市祥和小学、南宁市邕宁民族中学调研时,刘延东一行仔细考察学校基础设施建设情况,询问各级政府教育经费支出使用情况,并观看学生开展的文体活动。她指出;教育乃立国之本。小学是人生重要的阶段,对人的一生影响很大。
