当前社会快速发展,法制建设也逐渐完善,《刑法》等法律规范也日趋完善,要求证据的搜集、鉴定也应逐渐规范,但是刑事案件中,刑侦部门取证难是的问题比较普遍,虽然当前公安机关加强了刑事技术人才的培养以及技术的投入,刑事技术能力得到了提升,但是在侦查方面依据存在着技术与侦查脱节的现象,给案件的处理带来极大的危害,因此加强刑事技术与侦查工作的衔接和配合就成为当前急需解决的问题。本文就刑事技术与侦查工作的衔接进行分析和研究。
