本院自1989年6月至1991年12月，采用国产KDE-Ⅱ型体外震波碎石机治疗716例泌尿系结石，取得较为满意的效果。临床资料一、一般资料：716例中，男498例，女218例，年龄7～71岁，平均37.5岁。肾结石390例，左肾结石155例，右肾结石159例，双肾结石20例。其中多发性结石7例，肾结石合并输尿管结石56例，属于单发性结石216例。其中大于3cm者7例，多发性结石109例，鹿角形结石16例，孤立肾结石1例。输尿管结石302例左输尿管结石135例（以髂嵴为界，上段85例，下段50例）；右输尿管结石154例，（上段106例，下段48例）；双输尿管结石13例，（左输
