目的:用响应面法优化糖槭叶总多糖的闪式提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,以糖槭叶总多糖的提取率为响应值,以料液比、提取时间、提取电压为主要考察因素,采用响应面法优化闪式提取糖槭叶总多糖的最佳工艺参数。结果:经响应面优化得到当料液比为1:21.40,提取时间为81.68 s,提取电压为152.23 V时,糖槭叶总多糖的提取率最高,可达到6.27%。结论:闪式提取法适用于糖槭叶总多糖的提取,该工艺具有方便、快速和高效的优点。且经响应面法优化所得的最佳提取条件准确可靠,具有一定的实用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the flash extraction process of total polysaccharides from sugar maple leaf with response surface methodology. Methods: Based on the single factor experiment, taking the extraction rate of total polysaccharides of sugar maple leaf as the response value, taking the ratio of material to liquid, extraction time and voltage as the main factors, the response surface methodology The best polysaccharide process parameters. Results: The optimum extraction rate was 6.27% when the ratio of solid to liquid was 1: 21.40, the extraction time was 81.68 s and the extraction voltage was 152.23 V. Conclusion: The flash extraction method is suitable for the extraction of total polysaccharides from Maple Leaf, which has the advantages of convenience, rapidity and high efficiency. The optimum extraction conditions obtained by response surface method are accurate and reliable, and have certain practical value.
