多年来,笔者每遇久泻病例,细窥其症常有泻前腹痛,肠鸣漉漉,腹冷喜暖,受寒易泻,泻下黄臭,口苦而干,舌淡苔薄黄腻,脉弦无力等,详加分析乃厥阴为病,寒热夹杂,以苦辛酸之换肠丸加减为治,寒热并用,攻补兼施,常获显效。兹介绍验案二则。病例一黄某,男,30岁,1976年5月6日初诊。腹泻5年,经常与便秘交替出现。在某区中心医院消化科经X 线摄片证实为肠结核,用西药抗痨及中药健脾利湿治疗未见好转。症见腹痛,肢冷,口苦而干,泻下黄臭,舌淡胖苔腻微黄,脉弦无力。此乃寒热错杂,厥阴为病。治拟苦辛酸法,以换肠丸加减治之:炒党参12克,炒白芍9克,
