从我国产业风险预警的现实需要出发,将产业竞争情报理论引入产业风险预警体系建设工作中,从运作机制、组织体系、制度保障3个方面提出产业风险预警体系建设的有关思路,搭建了产业竞争情报风险预警运作机制的基本理论框架,提出可行的产业竞争情报风险预警体系的运行模式,构建了由多方共同参与的产业风险预警制度保障体系。
Based on the actual needs of industrial risk early warning in our country, the theory of industrial competitive intelligence is introduced into the construction of industrial risk early warning system. Relevant ideas of industrial risk warning system are put forward from three aspects: operational mechanism, organizational system and system guarantee, and industrial competition Intelligence risk early warning operation mechanism of the basic theoretical framework, put forward feasible competitive intelligence industry risk early warning system operating mode, built by the multi-parties to participate in the industrial risk early warning system security system.
