党的十八大进一步强调了加快“走出去”步伐,增强企业国际化经营能力,培育一批世界水平跨国公司的重要作用。中国建筑工程总公司(下称:中国建筑)作为中国最早“走出去”的国企,在开拓美国市场中,坚持“本土化”战略,逐步发展成为我国“走出去”企业成功开拓美国高端市场的一面旗帜。尤其是在实现自身发展的同时,还实现了与美国分包商、材料商及美籍员工的共赢,从而有效规避了国际间贸易保护壁垒、反倾销调查和政治事件等因素的不良影响,为中美贸易发展做出了积极贡献。其发展模式为我国“走出去”企业提供了有益借鉴。中国建筑在上世纪80年代中期就将目光投向美国市场,
