继去年单缸柴油机零部件的可靠性考核工作取得较好效果的基础上,根据机电部工程农机司[1992]68号文有关对多缸柴油机主机和零部件可靠性同步考核工作的安排,上海内燃机研究所和内燃机检测中心组织有关人员起草了多缸柴油机及其零部件可靠性考核规范(草案),并于1993年3月中旬在上海召开了多缸柴油机可靠性考核工作会议。机电部工程农机司盖凤臣副处长莅会并就当前农机行业产品质量现状,部司关于在深入改革开放形势下的质量工作精神作了重要讲话。
