1985年9月以来的日元升值使日本钢铁工业受到了严重影响,如国内钢材用户订货量锐减,钢材出口量大幅度下降等。为了应付这种局面,日本钢铁工业采取了这样的措施:①发展多种经营,增加生产利润;②精简机构,合理安排被裁减人员;③开拓国外市场,发展合资企业;④减少资金的占用,加强销售工作等.这些应急措施对日本各大钢铁公司摆脱困境起了很大作用,对鞍钢也有一定的参考意义.
The appreciation of the Japanese yen since September 1985 has seriously affected the Japanese steel industry.
