讨论了装配体中的联接类型,把装配体中零件之间的联接关系分为接触联接关系和紧固联接关系,并利用图论知识对装配体的表达作了研究.基于装配结构信息的矩阵表达,提出了能够判别子装配的理论方法,该方法易于实现并能节约大量计算机资源.在装配规划中,应用该方法可有效地产生子装配,从而能克服组合爆炸及简化装配序列的产生
The types of joints in the assembly are discussed. The relations between the parts in the assembly are divided into the contact connection and the fastening connection, and the expression of the assembly is studied by using the graph theory. Based on the matrix expression of the assembly structure information, a theoretical method of discriminating the subassembly is proposed, which is easy to implement and can save a lot of computer resources. In the assembly planning, the application of this method can effectively produce subassembly, which can overcome the combined explosion and simplify the assembly sequence
