目前,我国板式无砟轨道道岔板施工技术处于起步阶段,与德国、日本存在较大差距。如:在京津城际、武广高速铁路施工中是购买BWG公司研究、制造的成品博格板,引进德国技术进行铺设施工的。由铁道科学研究院自行设计的预埋套管式无砟轨道道岔方案在石武客运专线应用还处于试验阶段,施工技术、设备条件、产品质量尚待验证。其中,道岔与轨道板的连接、道岔板与底座板的连接、道岔板与轨道系统的结合等技术尚属首次。我单位经过石武客专许昌东站高速道岔板铺设的施工,形成了一整套比较成熟的施工工艺和质量控制标准,铺设精度高,道岔几何形位精确,岔区轨道平顺性好,实现了岔区轨道结构的创新,利于后续列车提速及平稳运行,减少了后期维修养护费用。

The application of embedded casing type ballastless track turnout designed by Railway Science Research Institute is still in the experimental stage in Shibu Passenger Dedicated Railway. The construction technology, equipment conditions and product quality have yet to be verified. Among them, the turnout and the track board connection, turnout board and the base plate connection, turnout board and the track system combination is the first time. After the construction of the high-speed turnout board of Xuchangchang Station of Shiwuke Special Purpose Vehicle, our company has formed a set of relatively mature construction technology and quality control standards. The laying accuracy is high, the geometry shape of the turnout is accurate, and the orbit track smoothness is achieved. The innovation of the track structure in the turnout area will help speed up and smooth operation of subsequent trains and reduce the cost of maintenance and repairs in the later period.
