检察机关作为国家法律监督机关,担负着维护全社会公平与正义的神圣职责,完善检察机关内部监督机制,确保检察工作的公正、公平,是防止司法腐败的重要保障。加强检察机关内部监督机制,是提高检察队伍素质,增强依法依纪办案能力的迫切需要,检察干警处在司法工作和法律监督的第一线,必须不断完善检察机关的内部监督机制。因此,建立适应检察工作实际需要的办事高效、规范办案、平和检察的检察内部管理体系,培养高素质、专业化更强的检察队伍将成为当前推动党风廉政建设重要工作。
As the state legal supervisory organ, procuratorial organs shoulder the sacred duty of safeguarding the fairness and justice of the whole society, improving the internal supervision mechanism of procuratorial organs and ensuring the procuratorial work is just and fair is an important guarantee to prevent judicial corruption.
