我多年从事行政工作,两年前调任异钢股份公司总经理。在长期的工作实践中,我深深体会到,做好思想政治工作不仅是企业党委和政工部门的责任,也是我们行政干部的重要责任。中宣部、国家经贸委关于加强和改进企业思想政治工作的《若干意见》,明确规定了企业行政领导必须承担的思想政治工作六条职责,使我更进一步感到责无旁贷。
I have been engaged in administrative work for many years and transferred to General Manager of XISCO two years ago. In long-term practice, I deeply understand that doing a good job of ideological and political work is not only the responsibility of the party committees and departments of enterprises but also the important responsibility of our administrative cadres. The “Proposals” of the Central Propaganda Department and the State Economic and Trade Commission on strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of the enterprises clearly stipulate the six duties of the ideological and political work that the enterprise’s administrative leadership must undertake and make me feel further responsible.
