用抄取工艺法制备无石棉纸基密封材料,通过单因素变量法研究木浆、绦纶、BE-C06用量对无石棉密封材料拉伸强度的影响。结果表明:当木浆用量从5%增加到14%时,无石棉密封材料的抗张强度增加了1.8倍;当绦纶、BE-C06纤维添加量从5%增加到14%时,密封材料的抗张强度分别下降了50%与54%。此外,通过对无石棉密封材料表面及断面扫描电镜分析得出:纤维、填料等分布较为均匀,并都能与胶乳结合形成较为致密结构。经过试验,筛选并获得具有良好工艺性能的无石棉纸基密封材料配方。
The non-asbestos paper-based sealing materials were prepared by the process of papermaking. The single factor method was used to study the effect of wood pulp, batt fiber and BE-C06 on the tensile strength of asbestos-free sealing materials. The results show that the tensile strength of non-asbestos sealing material increases by 1.8 times when the amount of wood pulp is increased from 5% to 14%. When the adding amount of batt fiber and BE-C06 fiber increases from 5% to 14%, the sealing material Tensile strength decreased by 50% and 54% respectively. In addition, the non-asbestos sealing material surface and cross-sectional SEM analysis showed that: fibers, fillers and other distribution is more uniform, and can be combined with the latex to form a more compact structure. After testing, screening and get a good process performance of non-asbestos paper-based sealing material formulations.
