对某冶炼厂连续两年发生的急性砷化氢中毒事故进行作业现场职业卫生学调查,分析这两起造成2人死亡、13人中毒事故的发生原因。企业未设立完善的安全生产和职业卫生管理制度,未对员工进行有效的上岗前培训,错误指挥、违章作业,忽视工人的个人防护措施,是事故发生的主要原因。
Conducted a site occupational hygiene survey on the acute arsine poisoning accident occurred in a smelter for two consecutive years and analyzed the causes of the two deaths and 13 poisoning accidents caused by the two accidents. Enterprises did not establish a sound system of production safety and occupational health management, staff did not pre-job training effectively, the wrong command, illegal operations, neglect of personal protective measures workers, is the main cause of the accident.
