针对采空区下近距离煤层综采工作面支架支护强度确定的难题,采用理论分析方法给出了近距离煤层的定义,并按照支架的力源将采空区下近距离煤层开采时的顶板分为“采空区下”、“实体煤下”和“煤柱下”三种类型。针对不同类型顶板结构,对工作面顶板进行分类,分析综采工作面支架-围岩关系,给出了确定支架工作阻力的定量计算公式,确定了支架支护强度并在现场工程实践中得到验证。研究结果可为类似条件下支护载荷的选择提供理论依据和工程参考。
Aimed at the problem of determining the support strength of fully mechanized coal mining face under the mined-out area, the definition of the short-distance coal seam is given by the theoretical analysis method. According to the force source of the support, Roof is divided into “goaf under ”, “under the solid coal ” and “coal column under ” three types. According to the different types of roof structure, classify the roof of the working face, analyze the relationship between the support and the surrounding rock of the fully mechanized coal face, give the quantitative calculation formula to determine the working resistance of the support, and determine the support strength of the support and verify it in the field engineering practice . The results can provide theoretical basis and engineering reference for the choice of support load under similar conditions.
