由西安交通大学和重庆蜀东空气冷却器厂共同研制的高效传热及节能技术在空气冷却器上的应用于1991年5月17日在重庆市科委的主持下通过鉴定。鉴定委员会的专家们一致认为应用高效传热及节能技术所生产的冷风机结构设计合理,所采用的胀管及肋片间距优化等技术先进,测试数据完整、可靠,主要技术指标:传热系数、清洁度、肋片累积松动量等均达到JB/TQ 731—89所规定的优等品标准。
By Xi’an Jiaotong University and Chongqing Shu Dong Air Cooler Plant jointly developed by efficient heat transfer and energy-saving technology in the air cooler on May 17, 1991 under the auspices of the Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Commission passed the appraisal. Accreditation Committee of experts agree that the application of efficient heat transfer and energy-saving technology produced by the chiller structure design is reasonable, the use of expanded tube and fin spacing optimization and other advanced technology, test data integrity and reliability, the main technical indicators: heat transfer coefficient , Cleanliness, the cumulative amount of loose ribs, etc. have reached the JB / TQ 731-89 premium products standards.
