目的定量评价卫生应急管理模块化培训的效果,探索卫生应急管理人员适宜的培训模式。方法通过满意度评价、培训前后问卷调查和测试以及教师课堂评分进行评价。结果学员通过培训在测试成绩、能力自评得分、态度评价得分方面均有提高,差异均有统计学意义;学员对各个模块满意度均较高。结论本次培训增强了学员的卫生应急管理知识和工作信心,改变了学员的卫生应急态度。
Objective To quantitatively evaluate the effectiveness of modularization training in health emergency management and to explore suitable training mode for health emergency managers. Methods Satisfaction evaluation, questionnaire survey and testing before and after training, and teachers’ class grading were used to evaluate. Results The trainees improved their scores in test scores, self-assessment of ability and score of attitude evaluation through training. The differences were statistically significant. Students’ satisfaction with each module was high. Conclusions This training enhanced students’ health emergency management knowledge and job confidence, and changed their health emergency response attitude.
