我厂去年新进了两台机床,一台是直齿锥齿轮刨齿机,一台是弓锯机。在安装过程中遇到了这样的问题:新机床打算安装在原有机床的基础上,但由于新、旧机床地脚螺栓孔尺寸不相同,一般需要重新打基础。而重新打基础需要20天的时间,且原有基础是混凝土的,特别不好打。加之生产的迫切,也不允许时间拖长。我们根据机床特点,以及基础的实际情况,经过论证,采用了用膨胀螺栓代替地脚螺栓的方法(见安装示意图)。
I plant two new machines last year, one is a straight bevel gear planing machine, a bow saw machine. Encountered during the installation of such a problem: the new machine is intended to be installed on the basis of the original machine, but because of new and old machine anchor bolt hole size is not the same, the general need to re-lay the foundation. And re-laying the foundation takes 20 days, and the original foundation is concrete, especially not good to fight. Coupled with the urgent need of production, it does not allow long delays. According to the characteristics of the machine tool and the actual situation of the foundation, we have adopted the method of replacing the anchor bolt with the expansion bolt (see installation sketch).
