每当学期结束,班主任又该给学生写评语了,检查各班成绩册.对学生的评语都大同小异;“学习努力.尊敬师长.”团结同学.遵守纪律、热爱集体……”这些语言似乎成了评语里的套话,从50年代一直沿用至今.老师写惯了,学生背得了,家长也看够了,这样的评语到底有多大的作用,能让学生得到多少启迪与反思?如果再沿用过去脱离实际的那种套话式的评语,显然是达不到教育好学生的目的的.能不能用散文.的笔法,用精美而简洁的语言,用交换意见、谈心的方式来写评语,让学生从评语中感受到老师对他们的关注,从中了解自已真正的不足,明白自己的奋斗目标呢?可不可以用第一人称或第二人称的口吻,写写缩短师生之间距离的显示不同人物个性的评语呢?于是,两年前我校在如何写好学生评语上进行了新的尝试.
