发生在四川汶川等地的大地震,使灾区的工农业生产遭受了毁灭性的打击,数万家企业在地震中受损。相关产业受到的沉重打击不仅使灾区本来就比较薄弱的经济基础遭受重创,更严重地影响到这些产业的职工,大量受灾群众面临失业的威胁。加强灾后的就业援助对灾区恢复和重建具有不可替代的重要作用,应该引起各级政府和全社会的广泛关注。
The great earthquake that took place in Wenchuan, Sichuan and other places hit a devastating blow to the industrial and agricultural production in the affected areas, leaving tens of thousands of businesses damaged in the earthquake. The heavy blows to related industries not only hit the already weakened economic base of the disaster-stricken areas but also severely affected the workers in these industries, leaving a large number of affected people threatened with unemployment. Strengthening post-disaster employment assistance plays an irreplaceable and important role in the recovery and reconstruction of disaster-hit areas and should arouse widespread concern of all levels of government and the whole society.
