文中介绍了锑化钢无接触磁敏电位器的主要电学参数(磁敏灵敏度、线性度和线性范围)及其测试方法,检测准确、可靠,特别是采用了TBLCURVE软件,很容易得到磁敏器件的校准曲线和拟合直线,从而可准确地得到磁敏器件的电学参数,并能准确计算出磁敏器件的线性度。磁敏电位器的环境条件试验对其可靠地应用是十分重要的,如低温(-40±3℃,1.5h)、高温(70±2℃,0.5h)试验,振动试验(功率谱密度为0.02g2/Hz,总均方根值5.2g振动频率为50~2000Hz,振动时间3min),低温工作试验(-5~-10℃),恒定湿热试验(4±3℃,湿度80%,时间48h),老化试验,室温零漂试验及低温零漂试验。所有参试磁敏电位器均通过了环境试验。
