目的:探究集束化护理在急诊重症监护室ICU综合征患者中临床应用效果。方法:将我院急诊重症监护室2016年4月至2017年4月收治的102例ICU综合征患者作为本次临床研究资料,采用随机分组方式,每51例患者划分一个小组,根据不同的护理方式将其命名为对照组和观察组,其中对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用集束化护理。结果:两种患者护理前ICDSC评分并没有明显超差异,但是经不同护理方式后,观察组患者ICDSC评分为4.18±0.76,对照组患者ICDSC评分为5.64±0.98。结论:集束化护理在急诊重症监护室ICU综合征患者中的应用,可以更好的帮助患者改善精神状态,具有很好的临床应用效果,因此在今后的急诊重症监护室ICU综合征患者护理中要注重集束化护理方式的临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of intensive care in ICU patients in emergency intensive care unit. Methods: A total of 102 patients with ICU syndrome who were admitted to our emergency ICU from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the data of this clinical study.
