石油化工行业列数我国三大高危行业之一,避免事故、安全生产的意义重大。人的因素在企业安全管理中是一个关键性因素,人是安全生产的第一要素。单一依靠法律法规的约束力无法达到本质上的安全生产目的,而应以生产主体的“人”作为出发点,从根本上改变人的安全理念和思维方法,进而加强石油企业的安全管理,促进安全文化体系建设,规避安全生产事故,促进企业的可持续发展。
One of the three high-risk industries in China is one of the columns in the petrochemical industry. It is of great significance to avoid accidents and safety in production. Human factors in the enterprise safety management is a key factor, people are the first element of production safety. The sole purpose of relying on the binding force of laws and regulations can not achieve the essential goal of safe production.
