对天蓝偃麦草和普通小麦远缘杂交得到的多年生1号、中_1、中_2、中_3、中_4、中_5等6个小麦杂种材料的部分抗旱生理指标进行了测定,分析了这些材料在正常供水、水分胁迫以及饱和复水三种条件下的生理反应差异。结果表明,6种材料的共同特点是根系发达,具有抵御和忍耐干旱的优良特性。水分胁迫时6个杂种材料之间的变化与亲本天蓝偃麦草呈相同趋势,表现为气孔阻力提高,蒸腾强度减少,保持较高叶水势。呼吸作用、细胞膜透性、根系活力、硝酸还原酶活性变化幅度小。饱和复水48小时,各项指标均能恢复到正常水平,比对照晋春8号表现出较强的抗旱性。
