于宝霞,自1992年参加工作以来,一直在上海道小学工作。曾被命名为塘沽区第二届骨干教师,第五届学科带头人,第三届教改积极分子,今年被命名为塘沽区第二届首席教师。工作18年来,共送走了15届毕业生。在教学中,注重激发学生数学学习兴趣,培养创新意识和思维能力,关注学生的长远发展。最近获天津市滨海新区第六届十佳教师。
Yu Baoxia has been working in Shanghai Road Primary School since her work in 1992. Tanggu District has been named the second backbone teachers, the fifth academic leaders, the third reform activists, this year was named Tanggu District second chief teacher. For 18 years, a total of 15 graduates have been sent away. In teaching, focus on stimulating student interest in mathematics learning, cultivate innovative awareness and thinking ability, pay attention to the long-term development of students.
