我国人口众多,地域辽阔,五十六个多民族构成了一个和谐的整体。但是由于历史等多方面的原因,我国的经济发展水平和不够发达,与经济和科技实力雄厚的西方发达国家还存在着不小的差距。我国正处于并且长期处于社会主义初级阶段,这也是我国的基本国情。目前,国家正在加快经济大战的步伐,政府和社会也在不断制定适合本民族发展的道路。因此,医疗也被列为改革的重点内容。针对我国医疗水平不平衡、科技较为落后、制度不完善的特点和现状,中央和政府都在对中医院管理体系进行是党的创新和改革。
