同志们: 全国卫生监督工作会议今天开幕了。这是我国第一次卫生监督工作行政会议。《中共中央关于进一步治理整顿和深化改革的决定》明确提出要坚定不移地执行治理整顿和深化改革的方针,今年的政府工作报告又要求“进一步加强和健全执法监督检查体系”,这对理顺卫生监督体制、建立健全我国的卫生监督体系有着极其重要的指导意义,也是我们这次会议要贯彻的根本精神。下面,我分两个部分来讲,首先回顾一下我国卫生监督工作的发展、取得的成绩以及目前存在的
Comrades: The National Health Surveillance Conference opened today. This is the first administrative meeting of health supervision in China. The “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Harnessing, Rectifying, and Deepening the Reform” clearly stated that we must unswervingly implement the principle of governing, rectifying, and deepening reforms. This year’s government work report also calls for “further strengthening and improving the law enforcement supervision and inspection system.” The establishment of a health surveillance system and the establishment and improvement of a health surveillance system in China have extremely important guiding significance. This is also the fundamental spirit that we must implement in this meeting. In the following, I will discuss in two parts, first reviewing the development of health supervision in China, the achievements, and the current
